Our corporate fit-out service delivers all of it as one integrated project: architectural and interior design, workplace strategy and corporate branding, full engineering coordination (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection), and the ICT, AV, security and smart-office systems that run a building day to day.

We plan around your building’s own services rather than working against them — where a HVAC water-cooled screw chiller and FCUs are already fitted, our scope is interior ducting and distribution, not duplicate plant. Furniture, joinery, lighting, acoustics and signage are designed and procured alongside the engineering, and our project management team carries the work through construction, installation, testing and commissioning to a documented handover — as-built drawings, facility management manuals and staff training included, so your team can run the space from day one.
